"I never write reviews BUT this is a rare occasion. After researching auto insurance and receiving quotes from 4 other brand name companies all coming in at 80-100 dollars/month, I received a call from April with State Farm in Gilbert, AZ. Much to my amazement I was quoted 49/month and that included Renters insurance. With today's cost of living going through the roof, it was a huge surprise and I am blown away. I hope everyone who reads this calls April or her husband Peyton for a quote. I know I'll be telling everyone I know to call them before they renew. Thanks and have a blessed day 😊"

"April was so kind and extremely helpful. They gave me a rate for a third of what my old insurance company gave. Same coverage lower deductible and a third of the premium! Not only that but they are local which makes it even easier to get a hold of a real human."

"Stay FAR FAR away from this StateFarm office. They don’t care about their customers or their policies resulting in lack of communication and expensive mistakes for the customer by the office staff. Have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and not any longer whole family of more than 10 policies have been customers long term !!! They will be super nice and sweet to get your business but once you have any actual issues beware they will not help! Too lazy to call corporate and get questions answered for their customers because they don’t know the answers instead they will hang up on you or not call back…"

"There are legit 1* reviews where an owner should own up to a mistake or bad service, apologize and fix the issue. And then there are head-scratchers. These are the ones that an individual maliciously posts defaming lies and slander. This review is the latter, and it is shameful and should be completely removed immediately. You submitted a formal complaint in January with the same issues mentioned. I have call logs and emails that contradict these assertions. On 12/7/23 you called concerned about the way a car was rated and if we replaced a car incorrectly. Our customer service rep. went to our online underwriting guidelines and read it out loud to you which stated it was rated correctly. You did not like the answer and thought it was wrong and wanted our rep. to call underwriting. The very next outbound phone call from that rep. was to our underwriting as requested as demonstrated by the call logs. The underwriter referred the rep. to our online guidelines and validated that everything is rated correctly. My rep. then called you back immediately after that call. You did not like the answer and said you wanted to switch agents, but you did not disclose which one, and wanted a call back from me. We never hung up on you because call logs show you hung up first on both calls. On 12/8/23 I called you back as requested and left a voicemail over a minute long. You never called back. So I wrote a very nice and detailed email to you on 12/10/23 that addressed the car rating and the question on the handling of a replaced car. I referenced our rate manual and explained it in full. I also gave detailed timelines on your concerns about replacing a car and how we did it correctly. You never responded to the email nor called back nor changed agents. It’s been seven months since we addressed your concern, and we appreciate you still trusting our agency for your insurance needs. We work hard to deliver remarkable customer service and since this is just a lie, please remove it. You told everyone to ‘stay FAR FAR away’, but you are still with us seven months later. If you would like to continue with our agency, please contact us so we can move forward after this review is deleted. "

"I was treated with respect and kindness from the beginning to the end of my call and when I wasn’t too sure of what I needed in my insurance policy without breaking my budget, the Parker’s made it happen and got me what I needed at a great price"

"In all honesty, I was surprised at how quickly, easily, and professionally this whole matter of finding, and changing auto insurance turned out. I commend Kaleb Henry for handling this for me. From start to finish it was well under an hour! I had received another quote which was a low ball, and would have given me less coverage than I needed. I’m glad Kaleb handled the situation so well."

"I got proposals from 5 different companies but, once I talked to April I knew this was the right one for me. April was the only one that took my needs into consideration and explained everything in a language I could understand. I would highly recommend talking to her if you need insurance."

"Absolutely a 5 star rating for April Parker of State Farm Insurance! I found myself insurance shopping after I received my renewal rates from my current insurance company of over 10 years. A friend referred me to April & she was one of 5 different companies I got quotes from. April not only followed up in a timely manner over the next few weeks, she wasn’t pushy and was available on the phone, email or in person if I had any questions. Her professionalism was noted and appreciated as I researched all the numbers and compared coverage. April and her husband own the agency and are in my area which is another nice feature, the personalized touch of customer service is huge in my book. April reviewed the coverage in detail with me and what to expect should an emergency arise so there are no surprises, greatly appreciated. We were pleased to have gotten better coverage at a lower rate with April Parker /State Farm and would recommend her to review your current policy. Thank you April and we look forward to a long term relationship."

"I was with Geico for a few years and I just felt like I was paying too much for my policy. I did a quote online and April contacted me the same day. We spoke and my quote was $260 instead of $420. She kept in contact with me to set the policy up and also let me know some discounts I could also get through them. April was very sweet, very helpful and gave amazing information. I will definitely refer anyone I know to StateFarm from now on."

"I recently moved to AZ and wanted to keep my insurance with the same company.
